Every Wednesday @ Sandbach RUFC
On the Grass near the gym
• Girls (11-17) - 6-7PM
• Women (18+) - 7-8pm

What to wear ?
Anything you feel comfortable in, gym kit is good & trainers are ok too - but if you have football boots great!

Cost ?
Free - we ask those who come on a regular basis join up via membership (£5 p.month)
