Forwards coach Nathan Rushton has made the decision to step down from his post as forwards coach for the forthcoming 2021-22 season. The impact of CV and minimal playing time has re-ignited his spark to focus on his playing career and therefore is set to sign with Caldy for their forthcoming National One campaign.

We thank Nathan for his hard work and expertise this season and although we did not to get see him play or formally coach on a match day, we are wish him well in his future career on and off field. He will always be welcome at Sandbach RUFC any time he is passing by, or if he wants to return to coach and play some time in the future.

The club are confident they will find a suitable candidate to take this vacancy for next season and are already in the recruitment process. Anyone wishing to know more information should direct communication to our DoR Andrew Bird
